SHIPPING

We offer standard flat rate shipping of $12.00 CAD for Canadian orders. All other shipping rates will be generated at check out with Canada Post.

Lolli and Confetti Party Shop is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped.  If your package states that it has been delivered but not received, please contact your postal company (refer to the tracking number on your shipping confirmation) to file an incident report. 

For USA orders, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be incurred upon receipt of order.

Please note local curbside pick up is available for GTA residents.  Please contact Lolli and Confetti Party Shop to arrange a local pick up at info@lolliandconfetti.com. You will be waived the shipping fee during the completion of your order. 

International shipping is not available at this time.

An expected delivery is an estimate of when the shipping courier attempts to deliver an item. A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The date and time (when applicable) are not guaranteed, can be impacted by factors such as weather, traffic and parcel volume, and will continue to be updated by the shipping courier as the item travels to its destination.
