Refund policy
We are committed to our quality products to ensure client satisfaction.
If you would like to return a product, please notify us via email at sales@lolliandconfetti.com within 5 days of the product arriving and provide the following information in the email:
- Email Subject: Return Product
- Attach: Picture of product that you would like to return (in its original condition)
- Email Body: Add date product was received and reason for your return (include your name, email and number to best contact you at)
We will review and respond back within 48 hours to confirm the return item.
Please note all sale items are final sale.
Once you receive a confirmation email from Lolli and Confetti Party Shop, the product may be returned within 14 days (based on the date of the email confirmation from Lolli and Confetti Party Shop).
Please note the original shipping fee in not refundable.
We will only accept unopened, undamaged products for return. Return postage is not covered by Lolli and Confetti Party Shop. It is recommended to add tracking to your order and ensure it is securely packaged. Lolli and Confetti Party Shop is not affiliated with the delivery process and not responsible for any return items not received.
Please note we do not accept returns on seasonal and sale items. (e.g., Christmas, Valentines, Halloween, Easter, Sale Collection). All sale items are final sale.
